How do I upload my photo for engraving?
You can upload an image while ordering OR email it to us directly with your order details—these options are simple and secure.
Can I make any adjustments to my photo before engraving?
Yes, let us know any specific adjustments you'd like, such as cropping or orientation, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What materials are the engravings made on?
Our engravings are made on quality maple veneered purebond plywood, aspen plywood, live edge basswood planks, or natural Alder wood, chosen for durability and a beautiful finish.
How do I customize my order?
Simply select your desired options (like frame color and size) during checkout, and feel free to add any customization requests in the order notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What sizes are available for laser-engraved photos?
We offer several size options, including 5x5 inches, 8x8 inches, and 10x10 inches with selected frames,13x9 inch basswood planks, and 10x7 inch Alder wood plaques to fit your space and style.
How long does it take to receive my engraved photo?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days, but we’ll keep you updated on any changes.
Is there a way to display the engraved photo easily?
Yes! Our plaques come with pre-cut keyholes on the back, making wall display simple and secure. The framed pictures will have an easel on the back so you can set it anywhere.
Can I send in a picture of a picture for engraving?
No. We recommend sending a digital photo. The next best option is scanning the original photo if possible, as pictures of pictures may lose detail in the engraving process.
What if I’m not satisfied with the engraving?
Your satisfaction is our priority—contact us with any concerns, and we’ll work to make it right, from adjustments to a potential re-engraving if needed.
