You can upload an image before you order. Upload an image into the image box OR email it to us directly with your order details—these options are simple and secure.
How do I customize my order?
We have multiple ways to customize your order. Any order that can be personalized will have a text box, drop-down menu, or image upload box under the price of the product and about the quantity option. Simply select your desired options (like frame color and size) during checkout, and feel free to add any customization requests in the order notes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What sizes are available for laser-engraved photos?
We currently offer three size options, including 6x6 inches, 7x7 inches, and 10x10 inches, with selected frames.
What sizes or materials are available for other laser-engraved items?
Other engravings will typically be roughly cut at 6.5x9.5-inch and 8x5.5-inch hardwood planks from Alder, Oak, Maple, Walnut, Beech, Cherry, or live edge Basswood to fit your space and style.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days, but we’ll keep you updated on any changes.
Yes! Our wall art will comes with pre-cut keyholes or hanging hardware installed on the frame on the back, making the wall display simple and secure. The framed pictures will have an easel on the back so you can set it anywhere.
No. We recommend sending a digital photo. The next best option is scanning the original photo if possible, as pictures of pictures may lose detail in the engraving process.
